Account Deletion Request

1. Self-service deletion (recommended)

You can permanently delete your account and all your data directly inside the app at any time:

• Open the Profile tab
• Go to the ACCOUNT section
• Tap "Delete account & all data"

This action is immediate and irreversible. It removes:

• Your user profile
• All body measurements
• Workout history and logs
• Onboarding data, referrals, and premium status
• Your Firebase Authentication account

Use this for instant deletion.

2. Request deletion via support (email)

If you prefer to send a formal request, or if you want support to handle the deletion (e.g. for data export before deletion or confirmation), email us:

We will process your request and confirm deletion by email, usually within a few business days.

3. What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted (either self-service or via request), we permanently remove all personal data from our systems, including:

• Profile information (name, email, goal, fitness level, etc.)
• Body measurements and progress history
• Workout logs and streaks
• Referral and invitation data
• Premium status records

Some aggregated analytics may remain (anonymized). Backups are retained for a short period for operational reasons only.
